This is a great cardio workout video for intermediate to advanced level exercisers. You’ll get two separate workouts, both high impact. One workout uses a step. If you like plyometrics, you’ll love this athletic-style, easy to follow, yet tough workout. Plyometrics burns tons of calories, and builds athletic skills. Each workout is around 35 minutes long, so you won’t have any time-crunch excuses. If you are into sports, this is a great choice for you.
Prevention: 2 Week Total Body Turnaround
This is actually 2 separate dvds, "Two Week Turn Around Strength" and "Two Week Turn Around Cardio". These videos, led by Chris Freytag are all you need for total body fitness. Two to 5 pound dumbbells are used in the strength training dvd, while the cardio dvd gets you moving with aerobic intervals. The aerobic portion is a modified walking workout. These dvds are best for intermediate exercisers. If you are ready to see some big changes, try these two videos on for size.
Cathe Friedrich’s MMA Boxing
This is an exciting workout video that’ll boost more than your fitness level. You’ll love the feeling of power that you get with this boxing mma workout. Mari Winsor Pilates
