What Is Velocity Sports Performance?

Velocity Sports Performance is one of the largest sports training programs in the United States. Currently, they are partnered with Nike, Gatorade, and Corporate Play Book. They now have training facilities available in more then 15 states, and are continuing to expand. VSP’s headquarters is located in Orange County, CA.

Velocity Sports Peformance was originally founded in 1999 by NCAA track and field coach Loren Seagrave. Seagrave originally intended for the program to be a start up designed to help young people develop their speed, agility, and power for sports. Since its start, Velocity Sports Performance and coach Seagrave have produced an impressive list of world class athletes, including 50 olympic medal winners, and 1st round NFL draft picks to name a few.

Who Should Use Velocity Sports Performance?

Just about anyone of any age is eligible to train with Velocity Sports Performance. They currently offer 5 levels of training:

Youth Age Group (Age 8-11)

Developmental Age Group (Age 15+)

Adult Age Group (Age 18+)

Professional and Elite Athletes Group (Already highly established athletes)
