Famous Dave’s

Famous Dave’s was founded by David W. Anderson. After impressing his family and friends for years with his slow-smoked barbeque, he opened his first BBQ Shack in Wisconsin in 1994. It was an instant success. His succulent meats and lipsmackin’ sauces attracted up to 8,000 people in a week’s time in a small town of only 1800. Over the years, he has received hundreds of awards for his food and restaurants, including “Best BBQ Ribs” and “Best Barbecue Joint”.
