• Rub the root of a dandelion on the wart until the milky juice covers it completely. Do this 2-3 times a day. Many agree this is the best wart treatment.
• Crush a clove of garlic, apply it on the wart, cover with a band-aid, and leave on overnight. Garlic does cause a warm sensation but if it starts to burn, wash it off.
• Place a used tea bag on the wart for 15 minutes daily. You should see results in 7-10 days.
• Apply fresh pineapple juice to the wart regularly.
• Rub castor oil on the wart 2 times a day.
• Dab some lemon juice on the wart and place a piece of chopped onion on it for 15 minutes. Do this twice a day.
• Combine some grated carrot with a teaspoon of olive oil and apply it to the wart for 30 minutes. Do this 2 times a day.
• Cut off a small piece of banana peel, apply the inside part over the wart, secure with a band-aid, and leave on overnight. This treatment usually works in 2 weeks.
• Crush a fresh fig and apply the mushy substance on the wart for 30 minutes each day until it is gone.
• Place a piece of duct tape over the wart, leave it on for 7 days, then remove it for 12 hours. Repeat this cycle until the it disappears. Duct tape holds in moisture and helps break down the wart.
• Apply apple cider vinegar (once a night) or tea tree oil (3 times a day) to the wart. Both of these home remedies for wart removal are said to work quickly.
• In the morning, squeeze the contents out of a vitamin E capsule and rub it vigorously on the wart. This wart treatment may take more than a month to work.
