Anxiety about sexual performance is a very common problem among males of all types. Cnidium

Cnidium is a variety of carrot that grows throughout China. It is primarily known as a natural libido booster and reproductive aid that helps treat male sexual dysfunction. Cnidium increases nitric oxide levels which dilates blood vessels in the penis, resulting in a strong erection. It also prevents the build up of PDE5 (PDE5 prevents an erection from occurring) and enhances blood circulation throughout the body.

Horny Goat Weed

Horny goat weed has been used for thousands of years and is best known as an excellent aphrodisiac. With regular use, it is reported to help support higher performance in the bedroom. It increases nitric oxide, boosts testosterone levels which stimulate sexual activity, increases energy levels, decreases stress and reduces anxiety. When given to mice, horny goat weed improved testosterone levels, sperm count and frequency of intercourse.

Ginseng

Ginseng is another herb that acts similar to horny goat weed.

Saw Palmetto

Saw palmetto is a small palm tree native to the southeastern part of the United States. Recently, studies have shown it to be a useful tonic that stimulates sexual functioning. It is also believed to relieve anxiety and tension by calming the nervous system.

Passion Flower

According to studies, passion flower has both aphrodisiac and anti-anxiety properties. It contains a chemical that helps produce testosterone and, in rats, it exhibited virility-enhancing and libido-enhancing properties. It also calms nervous tension.

Damiana

Historically, damiana has been used to enhance lovemaking. It relieves anxiety and increases the supply of oxygen to the genital area in males and females. Damiana was shown to increase sexual performance in rats.

Tips

Besides taking herbs, you should also eat a healthy diet including plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, exercise regularly (at least 30 minutes a day) and avoid alcohol and smoking. You should also treat underlying causes, like losing weight, and communicate with your partner.
