The ugli fruit is a citrus fruit originating from Jamaica. Urgelia cheese has 9 grams of fat and 25 mg of cholesterol per serving. It also contains 200 mg of sodium and 200 mg of calcium There are seven grams of protein in one serving of urgelia cheese. One serving is considered to be one ounce of the cheese.
