The hCG diet is a new diet that is having a high success rate. There are very few foods you can eat and can become very boring after a while. Here are a few hCG diet recipes that will help spice up the foods and help the time of the diet fly by. Just remember when making these recipes that you are following the diets food protocol.

Asparagus Hummus

This asparagus hummus recipes is great as one of your daily snacks. On the diet you are allowed are allowed to eat two pieces of Melba toast per day. The Melba toast goes great with this asparagus hummus. If you have any leftover hummus after eating it with the Melba toast, try dipping the remainder of the asparagus or celery stalks.

Ingredients you will need: 1-1/2 scoop Raw Natural Protein, 1 freshly squeezed lemon, 1 cup filtered water, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon cumin powder, ½ teaspoon sea salt, 2-½ teaspoon Konfac flour, Paprika, and a 1/2 bunch Asparagus.

In a blender, add the raw natural protein, filtered water, lemon juice, garlic powder, sea salt, cumin and Konjac flour, and half the amount of the asparagus and blend well for 30 seconds. Next, pour the mixture into a bowl and add sprinkle the paprika on top. Your asparagus hummus is ready to enjoy!

Mexican Cocktail Sauce

The Mexican cocktail sauce is great along side your shrimp at dinner. If you love a little spice, add extra cayenne pepper or if you like something on the mild side, leave it out completely. This Mexican cocktail sauce will become a meal time favorite.

Ingredients you will need: cold cooked shrimp, sugar-free tomato sauce, picante sauce or fresh salsa, cilantro, onion, lemon or lime juice, and cayenne or Tabasco sauce (optional)

In a bowl, mix the shrimp into the salsa until the shrimp is completely covered. Depending on if you like a thick or thin sauce, add the sugar-free tomato sauce. Add the cilantro, onion, and lemon or lime juice to taste. If you like a spicy sauce, use cayenne or Tabasco sauce. If your cocktail sauce is too tart, add a little Stevia.


This hCG diet friendly chili is great to cook on a cold winters night. The recipe is so delicious that you will cook it even after your hCG diet is over.

Ingredients you will need: 2 cups chicken broth, shredded cabbage, 100 grams chicken breast, 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1 tablespoon of cumin, 1 tablespoon of black pepper, and couple of pinches of dried chopped onions.

First, cook you will need to cook your chicken. You can grill the chicken or boil it in a small saucepan. After the chicken is fully cooked, set aside. In a medium saucepan, bring the 2 cups chicken broth to a boil. Add the cayenne pepper, chili powder, cumin, black pepper, and dried onions. Next, add the shredded cabbage and chicken. Stir constantly and let simmer until the cabbage is to your liking. The sauce will thicken as the chili cooks.
