Here is some information to help you decide which of their drinks are lower in calories and sugar, while still packing a nutritional punch.

Organic Hot Blends and Other Hot Drinks

Jamba Juice isn’t just about the juice. Hot drinks are available in a variety of flavors. All of the hot drinks can be blended with your choice of soy milk, 2% milk, or fat free milk. Choose from organic hot chocolate, green tea lattes, chocolate chai tea lattes, and original spiced chai tea lattes. You can also pick your favorite organic hot tea.

If your goal to find a hot drink with the best nutritional profile, any of the organic hot teas are a perfect choice. With no sugar or dairy additions, this is truly a no calorie-worries drink. Still, if you’re looking for something a little more substantial, choose a 12 oz. spiced chai tea latte with soy milk. Of all the Organic Hot Blends, this one is your best bet with only 16 grams of sugar and 5 grams of fat.

The downside is that it also has 46 grams of sugar. At 220 calories, it’s one of the better smoothies you can choose, along with the Mega Mango All Fruit Smoothie. This one has 230% RDA of vitamin C, but it also has 50 grams of sugar in the 16 oz. size. The Iced Tea Fruit Infusions are not a bad choice either. Choose between prickly pear, pomegranate, and passion fruit, with an average of 35 grams of sugar and 100% RDA of vitamin C per 16 oz., 160 calorie serving. These nutritional values don’t include any toppers or boosts, which add extra fat, calories, and sugar.
