Sitting at a computer in a cramped office cubicle can make for quite a stressful day. Hours of typing can put your neck, back and legs in a strain that can cause muscle cramping and tension headaches. Thankfully, you don't have to succumb to the painful all-day grind of your cubicle without relief. Try a little yoga at your desk to melt away the strain and keep muscles from cramping during after your work day. You'll also find that a little yoga at your desk will calm your mind and help you focus better on your work.

There are many different relaxing yoga poses that can be performed right at your desk. Many of the poses work to reduce the chances of developing carpal tunnel problems as well as long-term spine, neck and joint disorders.
