Total Body Toning for Pregnant Women

Professional volleyball player, Gabrielle Reece is the star of this advanced level pregnancy workout. There are twelve, 15 minute toning workouts for every month of pregnancy as well as three months of postnatal exercises. Each individual session provides a workout specific to that month of pregnancy. Gabrielle performs the muscle building and flexibility exercises, while her trainer shows the proper technique. You'll need a stability ball, hand weights, and an exercise tube. The emphasis of this workout is total body toning. It's great that equipment is utilized, which makes the workout more effective. You may need to purchase these items along with the dvd, but the required equipment is not expensive and will benefit you in the future.

    Gabrielle Reece

Gabrielle Reece, who is pregnant with her second baby in the dvd, along with her personal trainer, Mike Monroe will keep you toned and in the best possible shape during and after pregnancy. This dvd is not for people who are new to exercise. It's best for those who have attained an intermediate to advanced level of fitness prior to becoming pregnant. For this group of pregnant women, the dvd offers a difficult to find, advanced level pregnancy workout that emphasizes muscle toning and stretching. It's rare to find a really challenging pregnancy fitness dvd. Most workout dvds that focus on pregnancy are at a beginner's level. So if you're hoping to find a difficult workout dvd for pregnant women, this is definitely one worth trying. Even though it's tough, this is also a safe exercise routine. The 15 minute segments were designed by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists with safety in mind. Safety is the first consideration when choosing a pregnancy workout, and this one delivers both.
